We ARE here to answer any questions you have and to offer ideas to help you make a confident choice before you purchase an item. Feel free to contact us if we could help your decision making process.
However, we will offer an exception to the rule. If you are not able to use the product due to a health reason, such as previously undiscovered allergy or a smell sensitivity, we will take the product back. If you merely changed your mind about the purchase or would rather spend the money you committed here elsewhere, sorry, the rule applies then.
To inquire about a return, contact us and we will send you a prepaid shipping label via USPS. We will then refund your account the purchase price minus the cost of shipping the product back to us, which may be more or less than the original flat rate shipping cost.
If your order has not been shipped and you need to cancel an order, we can refund the amount minus the 3% credit card processing fee. If your order has been shipped and delivered and remains unused, we can refund the amount minus the 3% cc fee, the shipping cost to you, and the return shipping back to us.

I am thrilled to have discovered your website while searching for an organic wool puddle pad. I was born and raised in Forest Lake, Minnesota, my high school best friend-Deb Houle-lives in Stacy, my sister in Wyoming, rest of family live in other areas of Minnesota. I now live in Greenbrae, CA but visit everyone once or twice a year. My husband does have sensitivity to certain products even if they are organic and I want to make sure this product is returnable with your offer of exceptions to your no return policy.

Thanks for reaching out to us and for your interest in our products! If your husband was indeed sensitive to the wool puddle pad, that would be grounds for a return. We could also send a free sample of the wool felt to see if he reacts to the fabric, though I know sometimes a small exposure won’t do the trick. We would just need your address to send a sample, so let us know. Otherwise, as I said before, if he’s allergic, we will accept a return Email us at info@diynaturalhome.com to leave an address if you want any free samples!
